An introduction to Key to Awareness

Key to Awareness is a process that enables you to become aware and more present. This process enables you to have a greater choice in your life, rather then acting out of habitual responses (which leave you thinking and feeling like you have no choice in your life).

Key to Awareness is divided into two parts. The first part is becoming more aware of your thought, emotion, thought patterns and emotional patterns and how this effects your actions.

The second part is about processing the energy in your body that is caused by your thought and emotion and thus releasing it.

Key to Awareness is not just a mental or an emotional process, it includes being present in your body where you can be in total awareness.

What is different about Key to Awareness is that you become aware that each thought has an accompanying emotion and vice-a-versa. Practising Key to Awareness enables you to consciously choose each action and with practise you become so aware your actions flow through you, effortlessly.

What I mean by awareness is that I am allowing myself to be aware of what is happening inside of me, in my body and mind, and what is happening around me and I am accepting and acknowledging it. I am being nonjudgmental and allowing love and life to flow through me. This is very similar to what is called “mindfulness”.

Key to Awareness is a process that I have developed myself from 10 years of working with thousands of clients, obtaining a degree in Psychology, working in a psychiatric unit for young people, and studying and following many different spiritual paths.
